I consider myself an excellent, yet amateur, food critic.</p> <p>I am a huge from scratch, homemade type of cook. Lately, however, I&#8217;ve been doing semi-homemade meals that are fast and easy for after long days of work. </p> <p>Today I made an awesome pasta sauce from Italian sausage, a jar of tomato and red pepper sauce, tomato paste, hot sauce, tons of Italian seasoning, cayenne, garlic, and sweet onion. Lots and lots of simmer time to let the herbs really infuse it&#8230;yum!<br/> Serve over whole wheat spaghetti. </p> <p>However, I can&#8217;t tell you the amounts. Thats my style!
